What makes Nuru special
Nuru originally comes from Japan and uses a very slippery algae-based gel. The gel is odour-neutral, skin-friendly and washes off completely with warm water. Because there is practically no friction, the masseuse can glide over your entire body - stomach, back, legs, arms.
The result is a very intense full-body massage: lots of contact, flowing transitions, hardly any pauses. The intimate area is included sensitively in the flow, without a rigid pattern. As with the other massages, the masseuse chooses pace and intensity intuitively.
Nuru is something special - a massage needs more time for preparation, the massage itself and a thorough shower afterwards. That's why we offer Nuru from 60 minutes.
How a Nuru massage proceeds
- 1. Welcome. You are personally welcomed and shown to the room.
- 2. Conversation. Before starting, your wishes and the desired course of the massage are discussed.
- 3. Preparation. The Nuru mat and gel are prepared, the gel gently warmed. A short shower follows before the massage.
- 4. Massage. Full-body contact on the Nuru mat - flowing, gliding, without time pressure.
- 5. Shower afterwards. The gel is completely washed off. Towels and shower gel are ready. Then a calm finish.
Pure massage time: 60 or 90 minutes. For the whole appointment, including preparation and the shower afterwards, please plan around 20 extra minutes.

What is a Nuru massage?
Nuru is a full-body massage with an odour-neutral, algae-based gel. The gel is very slippery, so the masseuse can glide over your entire body – skin on skin, without friction. The effect is significantly more intense than a classic oil massage.
How does Nuru differ from body-to-body with oil?
Body-to-body with oil works with warm oil grip and clear movements. Nuru is more slippery and intense because the gel produces almost no friction. If you want maximum full-body contact, choose Nuru; if you prefer a classic oil massage, stay with body-to-body.
Is the Nuru gel skin-friendly?
Yes. We use plant-based Nuru gel without strong fragrances. It washes off completely with warm water. If you tend to have allergies, please let us know before the session.
Where does the Nuru massage take place?
On a specially prepared Nuru mat in the treatment room. The mat is waterproof and freshly prepared before each session.
Do I need to shower before and after the massage?
Yes. A short shower before the session is usual, a more thorough one afterwards so that all gel is rinsed off. Towels, shower gel and time for this are included.
Which duration do you recommend?
For a first full visit we recommend 60 minutes – enough time to arrive calmly, experience the Nuru massage and then shower without haste. Guests who already know what they like, or want more time, often choose 90 minutes. We deliberately do not offer a shorter taster for Nuru, as preparation and the shower afterwards are an integral part of the session.
Can I extend the massage spontaneously?
Yes. As long as no other appointment follows yours, the session can usually be extended by 15 or 30 minutes without any hassle. Just tell your masseuse during the treatment.
Can I book Nuru as a four-hand massage?
Yes. Two masseuses work with Nuru gel at the same time. The surcharge is 50 %. Please book a little earlier.
Is Nuru suitable for a first visit?
Possible, but most guests start with a classic erotic massage or body-to-body and choose Nuru on their second or third visit. If you are unsure, we are happy to advise you by phone.
