Important Information

Ameliya presents information about self-employed masseuses and provides them with the premises to carry out their work. The studio itself does not provide massage services and does not act as an intermediary or employer of the masseuses.

The contract for any massage service is concluded exclusively between the client and the masseuse they have chosen. Ameliya is not a party to this contractual relationship and assumes no liability for the content, course or result of the massage.

Between Ameliya and the client there is only a usage relationship for the premises provided (room rent).

All masseuses working at Ameliya are of legal age, work voluntarily and pursue their activity independently. Each masseuse decides for herself which services she offers and to what extent.

To ensure a consistent level of quality and pricing, internal price guidelines are in place. Actual prices may therefore differ only slightly between masseuses.

The total price shown on the price page consists of two parts: the room rent paid to Ameliya and the fee of the respective masseuse for the massage provided.

Examples: classic erotic massage - 80 euros total, of which 40 euros room rent and 40 euros masseuse fee. Tantra / body-to-body massage - 100 euros total, of which 40 euros room rent and 60 euros fee. Nuru massage - 160 euros total, of which 70 euros room rent and 90 euros fee.

Two ways of payment are available:

• The full amount is paid directly and in full to the chosen masseuse. Internally, the masseuse forwards the room-rent share to the studio.
• Alternatively, the room rent can be paid separately to Ameliya and the fee directly to the masseuse.

Payment is possible in cash and usually by card or contactless.

A receipt for the room rent is issued on request. A receipt for the massage fee is issued directly by the respective masseuse on request.

Published prices are final and include all regular components of the respective massage. Optional add-ons are listed separately on the price page. Hidden surcharges or subsequent extra payments are excluded.

In accordance with § 32 of the Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG) we point out that persons working at Ameliya provide their services exclusively voluntarily, independently and on their own responsibility. Ameliya only provides the premises for this.

The studio tolerates no form of coercion, exploitation or human trafficking. All persons working on site are of legal age and have confirmed their identity and the voluntary nature of their activity to the studio.
